Over a 17-year tenure at Palmer Brothers Painting, Francisco climbed every rung of the industry ladder—advancing from field painter to Foreman, Project Manager, and ultimately Construction Manager, where he directly spearheaded over $10 Million in complex multi-family tax credit renovations. He further expanded his regional expertise as a Superintendent with the redevelopment team at Greenspring Services, directing major projects across Virginia, Maryland, and Washington D.C.
